PLEASE READ OUR UPDATED NO-SHOW POLICY!

Due to an unprecedented increase in no-shows, we must implement the following policy, effective immediately. 

  • All clients must have a credit or debit card on file

  • Appointments require 24 hours cancellation

  • If you no-show for your appointment without calling us your card will be charged 50% of the total appointment value

  • If your card declines you will be unable to book future appointments until the no-show fee is remitted

  • After two no-shows or last minute cancellations, your online booking privileges will be revoked and future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit.
